01About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of gbtaempire.com and all courses, content and services provided by GBTA Empire (“GBTA Empire”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, enrolling in a course or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02Educational service only

GBTA Empire provides trading education. Our courses, strategies, charts, examples, live sessions, market outlooks and community discussions are for educational purposes only. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a trading signal. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Please read our Risk Disclosure.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase a course. You are responsible for making sure that using our services is lawful where you live.

04Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login details private.
• Your account is personal. Sharing your login, course access or materials with anyone else is not allowed.
• We may suspend or close an account that is shared, used fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms, without refund.

05Courses, access and content

• Each course gives you access for the period stated on the course page at the time of purchase.
• We may update, improve or reorganise course content, lessons and schedules to keep them current.
• Live sessions (for example Zoom sessions and Quarterly Refresher Bootcamps) are scheduled at our discretion and may be rescheduled. Recordings may or may not be provided.
• The Telegram community and weekly market outlook are educational and provided as a courtesy; they may change over time.
• Access periods, extensions, upgrade credits and any complimentary access are set by GBTA Empire at its discretion. Arrangements made for one student do not apply to other accounts. This includes the access dates given to students who joined before GBTA 2.0.

06Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on the course page and at checkout, in the currency displayed.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (for example Paystack for cards and mobile money, and cryptocurrency processors). We do not store your full card details.
• Where an online payment cannot be completed, we may offer an alternative manual payment route.
• Access to a paid course starts once payment is confirmed. For Direct Payment (Offline), this is when GBTA Empire has verified the payment. If a payment cannot be verified, we may cancel the order and remove the related access.
• Discounts, coupons and upgrade offers apply only as described at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.
• The amount paid for Advanced is credited towards Mastery for 12 months from the Advanced purchase date.

07Refund policy

Our courses are digital products that give immediate access to content. For this reason, all sales are final and no refunds are given once a paid course or GBTA AI plan has been accessed. If you have been charged twice for the same course, or a payment was taken but access was not provided, contact us and we will correct it or refund the duplicate or failed payment.

08Intellectual property

All course videos, strategies (including the GBTA Core Strategies), documents, charts, indicators, logos and website content belong to GBTA Empire or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, download (unless we provide a download), resell, share, publish or teach our content without our written permission.

09Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other users’ accounts, upload harmful code, harass other members, or post spam or misleading claims in our community spaces.

10Results and testimonials

Examples, trade illustrations, reward-to-risk figures and testimonials show individual or past outcomes for educational purposes. They are not typical, not guaranteed and do not predict your results. Trading results depend on each trader’s decisions, discipline, risk management and market conditions.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GBTA Empire is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect losses arising from your use of our education or services. Our total liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

12Third-party services and links

Our site uses or links to third-party services (for example payment processors, Zoom, Telegram, YouTube, brokers or trading platforms). We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its “Last updated” date. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
